Fisique Fitness: gym management with biometric attendance
How BotBrained built Fisique Fitness’s gym management platform: a member and lead portal, fingerprint attendance from ESSL readers, and a desktop bridge that keeps older biometric hardware talking to a cloud system.

What was the problem?
A growing gym needs to know who is a member, who is in the building, and which leads are about to sign up, and it needs that from the hardware it already owns. ESSL fingerprint terminals are everywhere in Indian gyms and were never designed to talk to a cloud application.
Off-the-shelf gym software either ignored the readers or required replacing them. Fisique wanted one system for members, leads and attendance, using the terminals on the wall.
What did BotBrained build?
- 01
Member and lead management
A portal for plans, renewals and member records, with a lead pipeline that takes an enquiry from first contact to a signed-up member. Multi-location and multi-role from the start.
- 02
Fingerprint attendance from ESSL readers
A desktop bridge installed on a gym PC connects to the reader over the local network, enrols members and streams check-ins to the cloud. It survives dropped connections and re-syncs when the network comes back.
- 03
A direct attendance rail
Newer readers push events straight to a Cloudflare Worker, so attendance lands in the platform in seconds without the bridge in the middle. A nightly grace-period sync reconciles anything missed.
- 04
Built to be operated by front-desk staff
Setup is a guided wizard rather than a config file; the bridge shows its own status and logs so a manager can see what is happening without calling a developer.
